Corporate events, planned around your goal

Planning for corporate teams in Nashik, and for teams travelling from Pune and Mumbai. Six services, grouped by what you want the event to do.

Our event focus: in-person corporate events.

Goal 01 · Bring your teams closer together

Engage

Engage is for when the point is people: a team that has been apart, a new leader meeting everyone, or families who rarely see the workplace. We plan the days away and the evenings together so everyone can take part, not just watch.

  • 2-day vineyard offsite
  • Igatpuri retreat
  • Day outing
  • Leadership offsite
  • Team-building day
  • Sports day (to be confirmed)
  • Family day
  • Diwali evening
  • New Year evening

What you can expect

A written plan for the journey, the programme and the food, with options for people who do not drink, eat differently or prefer to watch.

SampleA glass award figure on a table in a banquet hall, with a large chandelier above and round dining tables beyond.

Goal 02 · Recognise people and thank partners

Reward

Reward is for saying thank you in public: to staff for a year of work, to long-serving colleagues, or to clients and partners. We plan the programme so each award is called on time, in the right order, with the right name.

  • Annual day
  • Awards night
  • R&R night
  • Long-service awards
  • Gala dinner (to be confirmed)
  • Company anniversary
  • Customer evening

What you can expect

A timed programme with a rehearsal slot, an agreed way to handle overruns, and a list of who holds the microphone, the music and the stage at each point.

SampleTwo motorcycles on display in a dim hall, with visitors standing nearby.

Goal 03 · Bring dealers and customers on board

Grow

Grow is for events that build sales: dealers and distributors who need to see the product, and teams who need to hear the plan. We plan registration, the product moment and the travel of out-of-town guests as one day.

Inside this service

  • Dealer and distributor meets: registration, agenda, sales sessions and an evening for the network.
  • Sales meets: targets, recognition and breakouts for your own sales team.
  • Product launches: the reveal, the demonstration area and the flow of guests around it.
  • Customer evenings: a hosted evening for existing clients, planned with your sales team.
  • Dealer meet
  • Distributor meet
  • Sales meet
  • Product launch (to be confirmed)

What you can expect

A check-in plan for each arriving guest, a demonstration area checked with you before the day, and an agenda with buffers before the sales close.

Goal 04 · Get everyone hearing the same thing

Align

Align is for when everyone needs to hear the same thing at the same time: a strategy day, a leadership message or a training programme. We plan the room, the sound and the speakers so the message is heard and the agenda holds.

Inside this service

  • Conferences and leadership summits: speakers, sessions, room and breaks, planned as one agenda.
  • Town halls: a leadership address with questions from the floor, planned for timing and sound.
  • Training days: sessions, breakouts and refreshment breaks for a cohort.
  • Round tables: a smaller, seated discussion with a clear moderator and time limits.
  • Conference (to be confirmed)
  • Leadership summit
  • Town hall
  • Training day
  • Round table

What you can expect

A sound and slide check with each speaker before the day, a speaker briefing, and a short buffer after every third session.

Formats

Formats we plan, A to Z

Find your format and go to the page that covers it. Marked items depend on a partner we have not yet confirmed.

Do not see your format? Describe it in a brief. If it is a corporate event we can plan, we will say so; if not, we will say that too. Send a brief

Which service suits what

A rough guide, so you can see where your event sits. Every figure is typical, not fixed, and none is a price. Dotted figures are placeholders.

Which service suits what: best for, typical group, usual duration, usual lead time and the main thing that slips, for each of the six services
ServiceBest forTypical groupUsual durationUsual lead timeMain thing that slips
Corporate offsites and team building A team that needs time together away from the office Typically 25 to 150 Typically one day, or one night and two days Typically 6 to 10 weeks Travel and weather
Family days and festive nights Employees and families together, in a single day or evening Typically 100 to 500 Typically 4 to 8 hours Typically 6 to 8 weeks Queues, and keeping track of children
Annual days and awards Recognising people with a programme on stage Typically 100 to 500 Typically a 3 to 4 hour evening Typically 8 to 12 weeks Speeches and awards running long
Gala dinners and company anniversaries A hosted evening for clients, partners or staff Typically 50 to 300 Typically a 3 to 4 hour evening Typically 6 to 10 weeks Arrivals bunching and seating
Dealer meets and product launches Getting the sales network to see and buy into a product Typically 50 to 300 Typically one day, with an optional evening Typically 6 to 10 weeks Demonstration readiness and guest travel
Conferences and town halls Everyone hearing the same message in one room Typically 50 to 500 Typically half a day or a full day Typically 4 to 8 weeks Sound, slides and speaker timing

Large groups, peak dates and Kumbh-period dates usually need more lead time.

What we plan for

Where events slip, and what we do

These are planning steps we carry out. They are not a record of past events. Where a step depends on a venue or partner, it says so.

  1. Where it slips

A vehicle or guest arrives late

    • Offsites
    • Family days
    • Dealer meets
    • Conferences
    What we do

We set pickup and arrival times with buffers. Where a transport partner is used, we confirm each pickup the day before and share one contact per vehicle with you.

See how this is handled: A vehicle or guest arrives late
  2. Where it slips

Rain or heat changes the plan

    • Offsites
    • Family days
    • Outdoor galas
    What we do

Every outdoor block has a covered or indoor fallback agreed with the venue in advance. Open-air timings are set for the hours that suit the season.

See how this is handled: Rain or heat changes the plan
  3. Where it slips

    The programme overruns

    • Annual days
    • Galas
    • Conferences
    • Town halls
    What we do

The agenda carries buffers. We agree with you in advance what gets shortened if time runs out, and a named person calls time on each block.

See how this is handled: The programme overruns
  4. Where it slips

A dietary or alcohol-free need is missed

    • All six
    What we do

We collect needs with your guest list, build a dietary matrix, confirm it with the caterer, and check it again before the first meal.

See how this is handled: A dietary or alcohol-free need is missed
  5. Where it slips

    Sound, microphones or slides fail

    • Annual days
    • Dealer meets
    • Conferences
    • Town halls
    What we do

A sound and slide check with each speaker before the day, and a rehearsal slot. Backup arrangements are agreed with the AV partner where one is used.

See how this is handled: Sound, microphones or slides fail
  6. Where it slips

Queues build at registration, entry or food

    • Family days
    • Dealer meets
    • Galas
    • Annual days
    What we do

We plan entry points, a check-in list and service points for the expected numbers, and walk the route with the venue.

See how this is handled: Queues build at registration, entry or food
  7. Where it slips

    The headcount changes

    • All six
    What we do

You give a range in the brief. We set a confirmation date with each partner, and share each partner's terms with you before you commit.

See how this is handled: The headcount changes
  8. Where it slips

Seating or rooms are wrongly allocated

    • Galas
    • Annual days
    • Offsites
    • Dealer meets
    What we do

Seating plans and rooming lists are built from your names, signed off by you and shared with the venue before arrival.

See how this is handled: Seating or rooms are wrongly allocated
  9. Where it slips

Nobody is sure who owns a problem on the day

    • All six
    What we do

The run-of-show and responsibility matrix name an owner for every task, with escalation contacts agreed in advance.

See how this is handled: Nobody is sure who owns a problem on the day
  10. Where it slips

A sound or permission surprise at the venue

    • Annual days
    • Galas
    • Family days
    • Offsite evenings
    What we do

Before each event we identify the venue's sound restrictions and permissions and write down who is responsible.

See how this is handled: A sound or permission surprise at the venue

How we work

Five stages, one plan

The same five stages for every event. Each ends with something you can check.

  1. At brief

    Brief

You tell us the purpose, headcount, dates, starting cities and constraints, by form or call.

  2. After a complete brief

    Plan

We send one proposal with venue options, a draft schedule, what drives the cost and who is responsible for each task.

  3. The weeks before

    Prepare

We confirm venue, transport and catering with each partner, identify permissions and insurance requirements, agree rain fallbacks and run the readiness checklist with you.

  4. Event days

    Coordinate

The run-of-show and responsibility matrix are in use, every task has a named owner, and escalation contacts are agreed in advance.

  5. After the event

    Review

Where agreed, we send a short recap: what ran to plan, what changed and what we would change next time.

Proposed process, applied to every event.

Before each event

Permissions and compliance

Before each event, we identify the applicable venue permissions, sound restrictions, insurance requirements and music-licensing responsibilities. The agreed scope and responsible parties are documented in the event proposal. More than one rights issue may apply, depending on the music and event.

What shapes the cost: headcount, destination, duration, venue, transport, catering, production, activities and supplier availability. We set it out in your proposal. There is no price list.
